Timberwood Tiny Home

Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Arya’s cottage with a loft & jacuzzi

Adults only, 18&older. No smoking or vaping allowed inside or on premises. Up to 2 dogs welcome for an additional fee. Peaceful cottage, centrally-located on an active equestrian farm with rv sites as well. From your loft bedroom overlook beautiful rolling pastures with horses and goats. See our beautiful horses in training or take a stroll on our walking trails or through the woods on the 41 acres, read a book, sit around your fire pit, soak in the private jacuzzi, or head 6 miles to downtown.

Entire country home on 1 acre! Peaceful area!

Relax in this cozy home, located right inside Caswell county on 1 acre. Outdoor fire pit, covered carport, back patio & front porch with rockers. Perfect for a get away in a quiet area. 25 minutes from Greensboro, Eden, Reidsville downtown (17 mins), & Burlington. Enjoy watching the chickens, roosters, and turkeys in the area (there’s a chance a chicken will end up in the backyard!) & relax in the simple slow paced country life. Equipped with everything you should need during your entire stay!

The Chapel Hill Forest House

Book this incredible tiny house for the perfect romantic getaway in the heart of Chapel Hill! It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. Unwind with a movie in bed played on our massive projector. There's nothing like this anywhere in the Triangle!

Guest Room at Tiny House Community on 30 acres

Private 1 bed/1 bath guest room conveniently located 10 minutes from Graham, Saxapahaw & Mebane & 30 minutes from Greensboro, Durham & Chapel Hill. Situated at Cranmore Meadows Tiny House Community, guests will also have access to a community kitchen & washer/dryer close by. Enjoy nature on our large deck with ample patio furniture and a jacuzzi. Our 30 acre property has trails through the meadows, a pond, and creek and is a perfect view into tiny living! Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
