Southcott Pines is nestled in the forest on the shores of Lake Huron between Grand Bend & the Pinery and is an idyllic oasis with winding streets, an extensive tree canopy, walking trails and a private beach with a sandy & shallow shore line. Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek. Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. The location is breathtaking in natural beauty and only a 15-minute walk to the private Sun Beach and a short drive to one of the most popular beach destinations in Canada, Grand Bend.

Make sure to also check out Ipperwash Beach (10 minutes) and Grandbend Beach (15 minutes). Enjoy a bonfire or bbq and make memories with family and friends .

Cottage has lots of natural light including a beautiful 3 season sun room which has open air screened windows to enjoy your morning coffee in or your evenings bug free.
