La Case est située dans une résidence sécurisée. Vous arriverez dans un logement calme, lumineux, élégant avec une vue mer qui vous charmera et une jolie terrasse pour profiter du coucher de soleil. Situé dans le coeur d’Anse Marcel avec un accès direct à la plage, le studio est à quelques pas des commerces, des restaurants de la marina tout en restant à proximité de Grand Case, la Baie Orientale et ses alentours. Une petite balade s’impose sur notre petite île, au plaisir de vous recevoir🏝️.

Come stay in one of our comfortable apartments! our Apartment is located on the first floor ( and only floor) in one of saint-martin's most popular areas Grand case Boulevard, 2 min from Grand case airport, walking distance from a variety of popular restaurants, local dishes, boutiques and of course just a few steps from the private yard you'll be toes deep on the beach.
