Located directly on the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain, this charming (Non-Smoking) summer cabin offers exceptional lake access and mountain views. Situated near Mooney Bay Marina with a private beach, this quiet, off the main road location with its beautiful sunrises will keep you coming back year after year. This furnished camp sleeps 6 comfortably. Private beach, hiking trails, marina, and cafe are all within walking distance. There is dock space for your boat/jetski. Anglers welcome!

Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Tots Cabin

A four-bedroom century old cabin that was completely rebuilt in 2011 with every modern convenience and 200mbps wifi; located in a private cove on Lake Champlain.. The house has four bedrooms (2Q, 1F, 2T) and two bathrooms. The living room is open to the kitchen & has twin french doors open to our oversized screen porch with epic water views. The property has a private sandy beach with great deep water swimming - access in shallows is clay and silt bottom however.
