Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Newly constructed (July 2024) centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Shale walk-in private beach turning to sand for swimming with kayaks available. Handicap accessible open floor plan with lots of windows. Home has all conveniences including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, smart TV and Wifi. All dishes, cookware, utensils, bedding and towels provided.

A cozy farm cottage in the heart of the Lake Champlain Islands. Pet the alpacas, read a book, swing on the hammock, or dip in the lake. Hiking trails, live music, and places to eat are all nearby. All bathing amenities are located outside, including a flushing camp toilet, a composting toilet, and an outdoor shower—air conditioning in the heat and heat in the chilly air. Wi-Fi connectivity has been upgraded. This is the place to be if you want really comfortable camping.

Nestled in a quiet riverside neighborhood, our digs offer a fun spot for reconnecting friends and families, writers, artists, and scholars desiring creative time or spiritual retreat, or business travelers needing work space. The public boat dock and launch is a short walk down the lane to the river. Conveniently located one exit from Burlington; 16 minutes from BTV airport. Lake swimming beach, hiking, and a winery area all nearby!
