Fun House w/private lake access

The Funhouse is tucked away on the secluded North Hero Island. This snug home is perfect for a small family vacation, and while the house itself is not on directly on the lake, the private family owned beach is just 400 feet away, so going for a swim is a breeze. Relax in the screened-in porch with a good book, or hang out inside on cool days using TV and WiFi, and when you get hungry, the kitchen is equipped with cookware and basic appliances to make cooking a cinch. Longer stays are available.

Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Rent a Swedish-themed house facing west on Lake Champlain to experience lagom. Upstairs, enjoy two bedrooms, two baths and a kitchen clad in whitewashed birch and oak. Downstairs, enjoy an outdoor shower and a sauna clad in cedar. Outside, relax on a treetop back deck after walking in the neighboring nature reserve or paddling on the lake with provided inflatable kayak. The 1 ha (2.5 ac) lakefront land parcel provides spaciousness. The Italian pellet stove and Finnish sauna provide coziness.

In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
