This picturesque and very unique property is newly renovated throughout and set on 35 wooded acres, if you love the outdoors this is the place for you! Walking trails lead you from the house up to Pip’s pond, down to Indian lake and back again. Or hang out in the hammocks on the 500 sq foot patio looking down to the lake. If you’d rather cozy up indoors, do so in front of the roaring wood-burning fireplace. We know you’ll enjoy your getaway to our little home in the woods as much as we do.

Kissing Bridge Cabin

Gorgeous River views from any area, inside and out of this cozy, simple, studio cabin, steps away from a covered bridge. A comfortable space to day-trip from or to stay and appreciate time in nature at one of the most popular destinations to kayak in New Brunswick! Kayaks/Canoes/Paddleboards are on site for our guests to enjoy! 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in local Hampton or Quispamsis, 20 minutes to Saint John. And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Flora studio on the lake 🌿

Set on 23 acres of wooded land with a lovely little lake on your doorstep, this cozy space features a private year-round hot tub, full kitchen, board games and a king size bed. Located just outside of St Martins and the Fundy Trail Parkway, you’ll find everything you need with us after a day spent hiking, riding ATV trails, floating in the lake and exploring the Fundy Coast. Newly renovated with modern amenities and cozy touches, this is the perfect place to relax away from it all!

This area known for boating, kayaking, hunting, and fishing. Located 40 minutes to Fredricton, and 5 minutes to Minto. (Garage unavailable - for owners use only)

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.
