Seaside Home, Add on Seasonal Bunkhouse for 7!

A peaceful retreat, located at the serene southern end of the island. Our much loved family home, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths( Bunkhouse offers two bedrooms with beds for 7). Watch the sun rise over the water, while listening to the gulls. A short 3/4 mile walk from beautiful Deep Cove beach. Seasonally, for guests with larger parties, we have just finished our bunkhouse, for an additional fee. Offering beds for 7 and an a generous living space, while sharing the facilities with the house.

Overlooking Holmes Bay and lovely Long Point nature reserve, the Dock House is a stylish mini-home connected to a lobster boat library & lounge. Located in the heart of the castalia marsh, a world known bird sanctuary, there is no shortage of wild life which is perfect for nature and bird lovers. Stunning views of the swallow tail lighthouse and the ferry coming and going from the island can be seen from the master bedroom upstairs or private backyard deck and patio. Short walk to beautiful beach. You will not be disappointed with this island gem.

With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI.
