We are conveniently located just a minutes’ walk from all the fun Grand Rivers has to offer and a quick 5-minute drive from the Land Between the Lakes National Park North Welcome Center!

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

Beautiful studio apartment in the heart of downtown Paducah. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony that overlooks the Ohio River, Carson Center lawn, and Kentucky Avenue. Comfortably furnished and private one room cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen sized bed that sleeps 2 and a twin bed that can sleep 1. The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.

Homestead House is a newly renovated rural farmhouse with a rich history. It is the oldest house on 5th avenue, owned by fourth-generation descendants of the builder. With three bedrooms and two baths, and it’s proximity to local parks, this is a perfect getaway.
