This light and bright newer lower level suite is almost 900 square feet with an open floor plan. Rooms include a living/dining/kitchenette area, private bedroom, and bathroom. All very crisp, clean, and modern. A separate parking area will lead you down steps to a private patio adorned with seating for a place to relax and enjoy the rolling hill backyard and woods. The suite is stocked with several amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a welcome bottle of local wine and goodies.

Down Memories Lane

This is a beautiful, relaxing retreat in the woods with a large open field in the back for your dogs to run around. This renovated barn is furnished with lots of wood and rustic decor so you feel right at home in comfortable surroundings. This barn is close to Traverse City, hiking, acres of state land, and numerous trails, lakes, and rivers. Wi-Fi is a blackbox till starlink becomes available. The beautiful mile and a half country road will most likely have wildlife for you to enjoy!

Leelanau County private camper/RV

Very clean Itaska Cambria 30 foot Class C motorhome. RV is located on part of a wonderful, 10 acre home site. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, Sleeping Bear National Lake Shore is 20 minutes to the west and Traverse City is 15 minutes east. A full bathroom and washer/dryer are located in the bonus room located in the adjacent pole barn. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the bonus room. Free firewood is on site. Youtube tv, Netflix and Paramount plus onsite. Free WiFi included.

Downtown at Midtown

Drop a kayak in the Boardman River, or walk 2 blocks to Front St to enjoy all the local shops and restaurants. Only a few more blocks to the beach and marina, and local Farmer's Market, not to mention stumbling distance to and from Rare Bird. The townhouse features full amenities to make your travel more enjoyable and convenient. (Note: property is not on the River, but is part of a Community with a private drive that is on the River. Dock access and River Walk are public.)
