We disinfect/sanitize between guests. We also have a portable commercial Ozone Generator that is run between each visit. We are located in a beautiful country setting on eight acres of rolling hills. You will experience beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets. For star gazers this is the place for you! 1175 square foot lower level walk out 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and full bath. Located just 15 miles south of Traverse City. My husband and I live in the upper level of the home.

Leland, Lake Leelanau, numerous wineries, beaches, hiking and so much more are just a 5-minute drive away!

Leelanau Secluded Tiny House Northport

Newly built tiny house 2 miles south of Northport. Nestled in the woods overlooking a pond and surrounded by an organic vineyard/farm. Short walk to organic winery, 5 min drive to Northport, 15 min to Leland, and 20 min to Sutton’s Bay. Many beautiful beaches close by! Sleeps 4 total, 2 on a queen sized bed in loft and 2 on a futon on main floor. There is running water inside, hot & cold, but there is not a toilet or shower inside. Outside is a very clean portable restroom and outdoor shower.

The Leelanau bike trail is just down the road for all of you bicycle enthusiasts. Our place is a great central point for excursions to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Kayaking on the Crystal River, having a meal in historic Fishtown, wine tasting, ciders and breweries and so many more unique things to do on the Leelanau peninsula.
