We are minutes away from Downtown Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leland Fishtown, multiple beaches, Sleeping bear dunes, Empire, Breweries, Wineries, and Moomers ice Cream.

Enjoy beautiful Stoney Point! Bike and walk quiet country roads through woods, fields, and orchards with surprising views of Grand Traverse Bay. A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. Enjoy a quick bike ride into town to access the Leelanau trail. Visit nearby orchards, wineries, Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes/National Lakeshore.

We have wireless internet, a Smart TV with streaming services.

Absolutely no cats or other pets are allowed. We do not have a TV, but we do have fiber optic high speed internet.
