Note: 4th bedroom is actually a sunroom running up off bedroom 3 - ideal for young children.

There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.
