The Cottage at Providence Ranch

Cozy and peaceful, the Cottage at Providence Ranch & Homestead provides a perfect retreat overlooking Idaho's scenic Camas Prairie. The home sits a half mile off a gravel county road, with only a few neighbors in sight. If disconnecting and quiet are appealing, you'll love this spot! The studio-like home has all the basics for a short or extended stay: kitchen with full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker; bathroom with all the necessities; and full-size washing machine and dryer.

“The Wild Goose” on Pine Avenue

This fully remodeled home boasts all the modern conveniences, featuring every luxury in an "Outdoor Paradise." This 2 bedroom, one bath home is conveniently nestled in the quaint town of Kooskia, Idaho, along the confluence of the South & Middle Forks of the Clearwater Rivers. It is famous for some of the best fishing & hunting in the Country. Whether you're coming to explore the Lewis & Clark trail, rivers, whitewater rafting, biking or hunting, this is the perfect location for your getaway!

The Hideaway

Your whole group will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique home away from home. Cozy up to a warm fire in the hunting lodge style living room, or relax in the lounge area and play some pool or games. This space would be great for families, groups of freinds, and work/fire/ hunting groups,( access to meat locker.) Sleeps 7, it has 3 queen sized beds, 1 twin foldout, with the option for two more on the large comfy couches. Beautiful sunsets await you in our outdoor seating area.

This is the perfect place to stay and use as a jumping off point for hunting, fishing, skiing, river rafting, or to enjoy the outdoors. Located just 7 short miles from Snowhaven Ski Resort. Grangeville has that wonderful small town feel you get from any Hallmark Movie. Town offers several restaurants, grocery stores and drive-in movies.

The Bungalow

At this freshly remodeled 1920’S Bungalow, you’ll discover many fun and welcoming features.The beautifully furnished, spacious living area is a perfect place to relax and unwind after an adventurous day in the outdoors, a long workday or just visiting family. The new Kitchen is a space to reconnect and prepare delicious meals together. Enjoy the Giant TV or soak in a beautiful clawfoot tub. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs, a large upstairs area with 2 built in full beds and 1/2 bath.

Grangeville's Magical Getaway

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We have 4 themed bedrooms that provide a unique and magical environment for families. There is a large living area with a kitchenette and coffee bar. Relax and watch TV, catch up on work or simply hang out in this unique space. This is an upstairs apartment with a separate entrance from the main house. There is a door, with barrel locks between the main house area and the apartment. There are no shared spaces.

Million dollar view of Salmon River Valley

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

Charming Cabin on the Southfork of the Clearwater

Relax with the family at this peaceful and charming 2 bed 1 bath cabin across the street from the Southfork of the Clearwater River. Lots to do for the outdoor enthusiast. Kayaking, tubing and swimming access just minutes from location. Drop a line in the river for some of the best fishing in Idaho. Cabin has full kitchen, bathroom, queen beds, closets in both bedrooms, WiFi, and DVD player (no satellite tv at this time). Due to our rural location wifi and cell service is spotty.

Huge 3 bedroom Southside house in Grangeville.

Entire house (1600 sq ft). Lots of room, great location, plenty of parking. Perfect location for high school sports games, getting away to the mountains or Clearwater or Salmon Rivers! Huge entertainment room with foosball and old school arcade!. Minisplit AC units in Master Bedroom and Family Room allow you to control the temperature separately and give versatility to the 2 propane furnaces in the winter. Each bedroom also has its own separate floor heaters as well.

Rivers Bend is located on Hwy 12 Across from Clearwater River conveniently located to boat ramps, beaches restaurants gas stations and stores. Beautiful mountain views with outside patio and grill. 1 Queen bed plus hida couch Plenty of parking for trailers and turning around. Enjoy fishing hiking rafting and hunting 20 miles from the Selway and Lochsa rivers. No Pets Thank you
