This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sits on over an acre in a quiet and secluded subdivision close to town. Enjoy tranquil mornings and stunning sunsets on the back porch while grilling up a wonderful dinner. Visit our downtown district area with local shops, restaurants, and art galleries only 3 miles away and our historic Pinos Altos where great food, hiking, and biking is happening all year around. We are in Gila, NM! This is high desert, 83 ranch acres on Bear Creek, beside the Gila Wilderness, a private guesthouse w/private hot tub, amazing wildlife, beautiful views, dark night skies, reasonably fast Wifi (20+mbps), Internet TV, Tempurpedic Queen + Queen with Tempurpedic top, ORGANIC breakfast fixin's to start you off in a well appointed kitchen. Propane BBQ Grill. Dog friendly (only with all vaccinations and never left alone in house), eco-friendly. This is a vacation destination.

Kingston Casita - the place to get away...

Relaxing, quiet, private studio with a tall wood ceiling, solar skylights, 100mps WiFi, shared yard, patio. Dogs must not be aggressive to other dogs. Dark skies. The entrance is in a courtyard away from the road and shaded by trees. Next door is my sister's BnB, the Black Range Lodge, where you can reserve a hearty breakfast for $10. Consider some therapeutic bodywork during your stay. My studio is steps away in the same courtyard. For safety I run a HEPA air purifier between guests.

The Walton - Aldo Leopold Suite

The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue. Apartment 4 is a fully-furnished one bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen, living room and two large closet units with high-speed WiFi internet and cable on two roku-equipped TVs The heat is central via original steam radiators. Private keyless entry. This is a quiet complex in a quiet neighborhood.

Casita in Silver City's Historic Downtown

Our Casita is located in Silver City's historic downtown district. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, artisan shops, bike rentals, Western New Mexico University, and hiking trails. The Casita is small, i.e., approximately 500 square feet. However, it has a queen size bed, a twin bed, and two single sofa sleepers. It has a full kitchen, a small refrigerator. Well behaved pets are welcome and may enjoy the fully fenced, private yard.

Some of the best sunrises & sunsets can be seen right from the casita patio as well as dark-sky stargazing. 14 miles from the town of Deming & easy access to the Florida Mountains. The perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, to getaway for remote work or during your ibex, javelina, or quail expedition.

The Swan st Cottage

Our quaint, simple little place is located exactly in the middle of Silver City. It was our family’s first home for 10+ years. Local Artists sell their Art in the home. The hospital and track are near by. We have had the same great, but very close neighbors for over 15 years who watch out for each other. The traffic can be busy on weekdays around 8am and 5pm.

Pinos Altos Cottage on Cont Divide

On Continental Divide at 7K ft. in small mountain community of Pinos Altos ( 7 miles to Silver City), the newly constructed, fully furnished cottage offers elegant passive-solar (warm in winter, cool in summer) getaway on edge of Gila Forest. Well behaved, well groomed dogs are welcome with $20 per night pet fee ($100 weekly) payable during stay.
