Sweet Vintage Cottage steps from Rogue River

Welcome one and all to DunMovin'. The Cottage you will be staying in may make you feel like you have stepped back in time. Don't forget your fishing pole, this property is on the banks of the Wild and Scenic Rogue River. Lounge by the pool, feed the geese, go shopping, or head to any of the amazing restaurants that are just around the corner. I'm in the city limits, so everything is a minute or two away. The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. This stand alone one bedroom tiny home provides all of the amenities of a home, on the Applegate River only 10 min from historic downtown Grants Pass and 5 minutes from the Applegate wine trail. It is about a 5-7 min walk downhill with a stairwell to a secluded private beach oasis. Soak in the natural forest landscape. Engage your senses in forest bathing from the evergreens to the beach or from the hot tub gazing at the stars. About a 10 minute walk back up to the home.

This property is wooded with its own miniature nature trail along Alder Creek so you enjoy early morning walks with the song birds. * A side note about the area; it is prone to possible power outages when it is very Hot and or windy due to wildfire possibility.

Yurt on the Applegate

Hot tub is back up and running.. Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in.
