This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

My stylish studio is located in the heart of Lakewood, a neighborhood that is walking distance from White Rock Lake, a short drive to the Arboretum, and 15 minutes north of downtown Dallas. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Quirky Farmhouse Vibe. I had so much fun living in this home while I spent 6 months renovating it. I got to know the neighbors and enjoyed the close proximity to shops and restaurants. It is close to everything yet still has that quiet neighborhood feel. Friday night is my favorite....if you are outside you can hear the sound of the local high school brass band, which I began to look forward to. This home will "hug" you when you enter.
