Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

We at Ozark Rock Investment Properties welcome you to come stay at The Reelaxing Cabin. This cozy, country cabin comes with WIFI & Netflix It has 1 Bedroom with a queen size bed and also has a queen size sleeper sofa, & twin size roll away bed, enough room to accommodate 5 guests. There is room for parking a boat. After a long day at the lake, just lounge around the cabin, relax and enjoy the deck, or sit around our fire pit and take in a nice fire. Have fun with the whole family at our beautifully modern cottage by Lake Texoma. With less than a 10 minute drive to the lake, you can enjoy water activities and various hikes during your stay. Our pet friendly cottage allows space for your fur friend in our dog enclosure complete with shade from the pecan tree. You’ll enjoy our arcade gaming corner, outdoor seating, and close proximity to Lake Texoma. Make sure to take a stroll downtown on Main St. for local shopping and dining.

Lake O'Clock: Pool, firepit, outdoor movies

Spring is in the air! Pool will open March 2! Enjoy an evening around the fire pit with an outdoor movie under the stars. We are close to many marinas and casinos. Large wrap around porch. Play a game of corn hole, horse shoes, or giant connect four while enjoying the 3 acres of outdoor space. Less than 1 mile to the sandy beach of Lake Texoma. Stand up paddle boards are available for use. Truck or small SUV needed to transport lake items. Board games and children’s toys inside
