Summerhouse is a luxury waterfront villa overlooking beautiful Cherokee Sound in Casuarina Point, offering sweeping views across the flats and spectacular sunrises over the water. A private dock on a quiet canal provides direct boating access to the Sound with kayaks available for exploring and our own boat hire available Just 300 yards away is a mile-long white sand beach, while productive bonefishing flats stretch out in front of the property and can be reached by a short walk along the beach.

Top Tip: Location is serene (read: remote) so we recommend having groceries stocked by our On-Site Manager (additional). Also happy to provide rental info for golf carts, taxis, boat trips, etc.

Halcyon House overlooks the turquoise waters and beautiful sunsets located on Lubbers Quarters. Very secluded with no neighbors in sight of the home. This 3-bed, 2-bath home has large covered decks overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.
