We are centrally located in Philipsburg and minutes away from the beach. This apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and two pullout sofas in the living room area. The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. The balcony provides views of Backstreet with its colorful street life. The apartment has a kitchenette with all the necessary items and appliances to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Grocery stores are short distances away. Television and Wi-Fi are provided.

It's all about the views at the Guana Bay Beach Condo! With a wrap around balcony on the second floor, you are sure to enjoy the sunrises and views of St. Bart's and the Atlantic Ocean. Just a 2 minute walk to a very private spectacular beach. The condo is very comfortable with one bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen. It also includes AC and a washer/dryer for your convenience and a fully stocked kitchen. Downtown Philipsburg is just a 5 minute drive away.

Small lovely studio in a quiet, peaceful and secure neighborhood. The studio is air-conditioned and perfect for the budget traveler and with about 25m2 it is spacious enough for 2 guests. The studio is equipped with a small kitchenette and a full bathroom. Located within a 10-minute walk to Belair beach and a 5-minute walk to the hospital. Philipsburg is a 5 minute drive away. Note: The studio has a shared entrance and is located next to the main house where the host resides.
