Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The Cosy Cottage

Cosy Cottage is a stylish home in the heart of the quaint Norfolk village of Litcham. Our beautifully refurbished house includes a large open Lounge and Dining room with a Log-Burning Stove and period features throughout. There is a well-laid-out, functional kitchen with a washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with a King-Size bed and 2 single beds that will comfortably sleep 4. Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages.

Verse End is a detached property with enclosed private patio area situated in the owners spacious gardens, on the edge of the popular village of East Rudham. The accommodation is ideal for a couple or small family. (Access to bed 2 is via bed 1. The shower room is on the ground floor). Situated in rural Norfolk the location is ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers or those wishing to explore the Norfolk coast and the abundance of stately homes in the area including Sandringham.

Guests are free to explore and relax in the many acres. The Hobbit is the perfect space to escape and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Norfolk. Only 6 miles from Norwich and 15 minutes from the historic market town - Wymondham. Local country walks include the U.K.’s smallest nature reserve!

Relax and unwind in this cosy one bedroom cottage, attached to our family home in a peaceful Norfolk village. Rose Cottage is just 25 mins from the North Norfolk coast and the stunning beaches at Holkham, Wells and Brancaster; stately homes and gardens such as Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton; and several beautiful nature reserves. Or simply enjoy the local walks and country pubs! Small, well behaved dogs welcome. We only ask not to let them on bed please!

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.
