The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

Take in incredible valley vistas all whilst relaxing on the balcony, and look out for our wombats, wallabies, lyre birds, and bush turkeys. Sometimes we have cows in our paddocks. Spot wild deer and platypus in our creek. Full size petanque pitch, billiards, darts games room Sit around our fire pit and watch the sky come alive with stars at night. Bliss!

This airy and light filled 2 bedroom guesthouse is centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches. This premise has a spacious kitchen and lounge with high ceilings, courtyard and off-street parking.

Carinya (meaning "Happy Home") is a stunning large Seal Rocks Beach house located a short stroll to picturesque Boat Beach and No 1 Beach. The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in its secluded position has been beautifully furnished for an unforgettable stay. The expansive deck is ideal for a BBQ or lounging around waiting for the dolphins and whales to cruise past. 3 generous bedrooms over one level - 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom with a bunk bed. Fully renovated bathrooms. Wifi is super fast.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Cabernet Cottage, McCaffrey's Estate in Pokolbin

Self-contained with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has your choice of king or twin beds. A large living area with a slow combustion wood burning fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric blankets for cool winter nights. Equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave and full size fridge. There's a BBQ on your own outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the glorious view of the sun setting over the vineyard. ‘Wylah Place’ is a one acre property located halfway between Port Macquarie and Taree and is just 5 mins drive off the Pacific Highway (M1). It is a great place for an overnight pit stop or as a base to explore all the Midcoast has to offer. The property sits at the foot of South Brother, looks out onto Middle brother and is surrounded by cattle farms. It is very scenic and relaxing, while still being close by to activities and plenty of places to explore.
