Corlette apartment with 5 min walk to beach.

We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

Lautus - luxe in Latin. The perfect description of this beautiful space by the bay at stunning Nelson Bay. Centrally located within the Mantra Aqua Resort, Lautus offers a well appointed large courtyard for you to enjoy on a summers night. Guests are able to enjoy all that the Mantra has to offer with guest access to the communal bbq area with resort style solar heated pool. Feel right at home when you walk in the door. This light filled 2 bedroom guesthouse has a spacious kitchen, sunny courtyard and off-street parking. Centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches.

Carinya Beach House - stunning views & speedy wifi

Carinya (meaning "Happy Home") is a stunning large Seal Rocks Beach house located a short stroll to picturesque Boat Beach and No 1 Beach. The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in its secluded position has been beautifully furnished for an unforgettable stay. The expansive deck is ideal for a BBQ or lounging around waiting for the dolphins and whales to cruise past. 3 generous bedrooms over one level - 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom with a bunk bed. Fully renovated bathrooms. Wifi is super fast.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up, unwind or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

The Cabin is located in the back of an established home with off street parking available in the driveway or private space out the back. Small but has everything you need for a short stay, light, cozy and comfortable.
