Located only 2hrs45 from Sydney, 25 minutes to Seal Rocks beach and 15 minutes from Bulahdelah. Set on 30 beautiful acres, with a creek, a billabong, a dam and forest area. Abundant birdlife and wildlife can be viewed in the many native habitat. Bring your boat or canoe to drop in the Great Lakes only 15 minutes away.

The cottage is a 30-35 minute drive to the gorgeous Forster/Tuncurry so whilst enjoying the serenity of a rural property you also have pristine beaches so close - best of both worlds !! 10 mins to the quaint village of Nabiac, vintage shops, homewares, cafe, pub, pool, tennis court and wineries close by.

Once a working dairy, now converted to a one bedroom cottage with a spacious, sun-filled living area, full kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and cosy Queen-sized bedroom with a beautiful outlook onto the paddocks.
