The Lake House on Amaroo - Waterfront/Free Wifi

The Lake House on Amaroo is absolute waterfront. The house is fully air-cond including the guest bedroom. A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. The perfect location for couples to escape the grind, unwind, relax & enjoy the serenity that The Lake House has to offer.

The Birdnest

Relax & unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. It's all about the views, cosy atmosphere, serenity & proximity to Dungog services. With a wrap-around balcony on two sides, the view from both inside & outside takes in glimpses of Barrington Tops National Park to the north, expansive views of surrounding farms, valleys & hills to the east & south, and the township of Dungog below. The native birds at dusk are a delight. "The Birdnest" is ideal for up to 2 couples, or a family of 4 (or 5?).

The Stables

Relax with the family at this spacious, modern 2-bedroom retreat on a peaceful, tree-filled estate. Unwind in the light-filled living area or enjoy bird song from the pergola. Explore the beaches in Port Stephens or Newcastle, play a round of golf, or sample the Hunter Valley’s world-class wine and food less than an hour drive away. Wandha is an eco-certified nature escape close to Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes and Pacific Palms in the Great Lakes region on NSW MidCoast. The modest three bedroom home is set on 25 private acres positioned within a nature corridor that connects Wallingat National Park to Myall Lakes National Park. Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes and Smith Lake, Cellito & Sandbar are within 10-15 minutes and Blueys, Elizabeth & Boomerang Beach, Wallis Lake & Booti Booti National Park are within 20 minutes.

In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
