Our cozy garden level suite is set up and priced to exceed our guest's expectations. The comments and reviews are rewarding us for what one guest called 'the best kept secret in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge'. The private entrance Suite is two blocks from Parkway, the main artery to the National Park. We are located in a peaceful neighborhood on a large well groomed lot, but are only minutes from Dollywood, shows and tourist activities, the Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Mall and dozens of restaurants.

Many wonderful cultural, outdoor activities in Historic Franklin; hub to Asheville, Highlands, Scaly Mountain, Nantahala, Cherokee, Western Carolina University. After a busy day of adventure, enjoy a beautiful Mountain Sunset and a sky full of stars.

The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock. DISCLAIMER: THE POND IS LOW & OUT OF MY CONTROL! East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.
