Relax in this contemporary rural bungalow on the forest and close to the sea. Walk out onto the New Forest, enjoy the scenic garden looking over fields packed with wildlife, or enjoy cycling along quiet lanes amongst grazing ponies, donkeys and cattle. Two good pubs are within 1.5 miles in either direction and the historic towns of Beaulieu and Lymington are 3 miles and 4.5 miles respectively away. The quaint historic shipyard of Bucklers Hard nearby has a museum, pub and marina. IOW close too.

The Old Piggery, East Boldre, New Forest

The Old Piggery is a lovely retreat set in a beautiful peaceful 3 acre smallholding in the New Forest with a great Hottub. The ideal getaway for couples or families it has direct forest access right from the gate. It is 2-3 miles from both Beaulieu and Lymington and 30 mins walk or 10 min cycle to the beach and two pubs. A light & airy 2 bedroom detached barn style building, it has a large open plan living/dining area, private garden, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, wood burner & TV.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

Tiny home-garden cabin near Freshwater Bay

The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable double bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. It has a separate bathroom, as well as on outside decking area to catch the evening sun. The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

The Cabin - Freshwater Bay

This coastal retreat is tucked along a private lane opposite Freshwater Bay - you can stay without relying on a car as the bus stop is on the doorstep. There are so many simple delights: sea swims, beach BBQ's, dramatic coastal walks, explore caves, discover rockpools, crabbing, fishing, hire a SUP, or a nature walk through the marsh – even a round of golf! The Cabin offers a relaxed base to explore the many charms of the island. Perfect for a romantic break or a week with the kids.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

At the base of Rowridge Valley in the heart of the Isle of Wight countryside. You will find The Piglet, a great place to stay, relax and use as a base to explore the island. A cosy building with a sunny aspect and a private garden to the rear that overlooks the neighbouring countryside. Due to its location most of the island is accessible from here within a short drive. Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.

New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.

Field View Cabin

This stylish modern place to stay is perfect for a great getaway. The cabin is situated on the owners property, set back from a main road. However it has its own separate/private entrance and parking. The Cabin is designed so that the accommodation windows and private patio/sitting area all face the fields. Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and local family friendly pub. Also a short walk to river-side cycle track.

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College, are looking for a relaxing time near the water or as a base to explore further afield.
