The Lodge, sits perfectly with the Old Guildhall, built in 1429 with its wealth of history, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The iconic seaside town of Southwold is less than 10 minutes drive away. The local village with cafe, store, Chinese takeout and public houses is within walking distance, so too is the beach. Relax on the balcony with a drink and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings

Fawn Lodge Holiday Home

Our beautiful lodge, located in the quiet Bure Village area of the Breydon Waters Parkdean Resort is the most relaxing space decorated in Hygge style to offer comfort, luxury and the ultimate in cosy living. We can accommodate up to 6 guests with our spacious accommodation and the outdoor decking is the real wow factor of our holiday home - have your breakfast on the front decking in the morning sun and relax on the rear decking where you'll be bathed in sunshine from late morning to evening!

Mustard Pot Cottage

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Cottage sleeping 4 + 2 set in 36 Acres of Meadows, Woodland, Wetlands, Lake, Stream & a very well equipped Gym. A well equipped, tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, former Gamekeepers residence. A natural haven is set down a long track and within the beautiful Broadland district (home to the Norfolk Broads and its wonderful wildlife), yet only a short drive/bus ride from the historic, cathedral city of Norwich, easy access to the outstanding North Norfolk Coast.

Our light and bright 2 bedroom lodge is the perfect base for exploring Norfolk. Located on the edge of North Walsham, but just a 10 minute drive to some gorgeous beaches. The hot tub will be warm and ready for your arrival! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom has 3 single beds (2 make up the bunk bed). The huge open plan living area will instantly make you feel right at home.
