Just 10mins drive from Norwich city centre, a cosy & charming place to stay. The ground floor bedroom has a super king size bed, and outlook onto our garden. The room is also equipped with a TV, coffee machine, kettle & fridge. Deck with easy armchairs to catch the evening sun or to stargaze. No street lights, there is very little light pollution. Stroll up a quiet country lane (1.7 miles) to the gorgeous Suffield Arms or drive (2.2 miles) to the renowned Gunton Arms Surrounded by fields, trees, and wildlife, enjoy lovely local walks or relax in the pretty private courtyard.

This is a lovely single bedroom at the heart of historical Norwich; one of the most amazing medieval/cathedral cities in the world. The house is at the city centre; Norwich Lanes, very close to Cathedral & the market & touristic/arts sites. This room is a really small room. There is a double futon bed. A spacious double room in a large period house with extensive garden. Halesworth is only a 20-minute walk away (less than 5 by car). Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.

Lovely calm & quiet room with private en-suite bathroom, & comfy double bed. I offer free breakfast to help yourself. 15-20 minutes walk from the Lanes & market, 3-5 minutes to nearest pubs & shops.
