The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.

Welcome to our large town house , we are very close to the beach a two minute walk, town centre and market place is 5 mins walk , all of the offerings of Great Yarmouth close by , the first floor has a large bathroom ,lounge with views of the Main Shopping street and St Mary’s church built from flint 1840, To the rear of the house is the lowest floor that has large outside area for relaxing and dinning

Perfect accommodation for a family holiday by the beach. My property has a large garden with a patio and a private hot tub. It has parking for 3 cars. A charcoal barbecue is provided. All bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets all downstairs. Linen and towels are provided. As well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a welcome pack on arrival.
