Kardinia Cottage offers guests a country stay on a working farm while only a short drive from the surrounding towns and regional centres. Your cottage is fully self-contained with full cooking facilities, but only a short distance from the main residence if you need any assistance. Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Kyabram House is a lovely character home, only 200m from the CBD, which sleeps eight people comfortably, fully renovated and complete with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kyabram. We are family and pet friendly with a safe enclosed rear yard.

A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.
