Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Το "milos" είναι ένας παραδοσιακός ανεμόμυλος όπου χρονολογείται περίπου από το 1900 και βρίσκεται στο ψηλότερο σημείο του παραδοσιακού χωριού Κρούστας σε μια έκταση 1400 τμ. Η πανοραμική θέα είναι ιδανική για στιγμές απόλυτης ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.Περιβάλλεται από έναν περιποιημένο κήπο με κρητικά βότανα,πέτρινο καθιστικό και BBQ ο .Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 13 χλμ από την πόλη και τις καταγάλανες παραλίες του Αγίου Νικολάου.στα 500 μ περίπου από το "milos" .

Το δεντρόσπιτο είναι κατασκευασμένο σε περιφραγμένο οικόπεδο, διαθέτει σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα και στα 500 μέτρα βρίσκεται η πυροσβεστική και η αστυνομία. Θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο για εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Almi Guesthouse：一颗名副其实地位于海上的小瑰宝

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.
