We hope you will fall in love with this spacious bungalow in the heart of Loveland. It has been completed updated with all the modern amenities yet still has a great vintage vibe.There are 10 ft ceilings, large rooms and everything is newer. All furnishings were carefully hand-picked with comfort and style in mind, with several one of a kind pieces from local artists. It is on a large corner lot in a quiet area yet is walking/biking distance to shopping, theatre, restaurants,rec center and more.

Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, two lounge chairs, sitting chairs,TV, table, and an additional queen size bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. WE LIVE ON THE MAIN LEVEL and will be available if needed.
