The apartment is ideal for couples, solo-, or business travelers. It is located on the top (2nd floor) of the building - which allows terrific views of the seafront. No elevator, stairs only Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the apartment building. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. The area is a seaside treasure, conveniently situated within walking distance of many major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 25 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area.
