Make your home in our home, just steps from the University of Maryland. Your stay will be in the basement apartment of our home, with your own private entrance from the back of the house and down the exterior stairwell. The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

DC can be a busy, loud, fast-moving city at times, but the space we've cultivated here is a tranquil escape from the commotion without having to leave the city. It was built in 1978, every inch was renovated in 2022, featuring a brand new kitchen appliances. The interior boasts a modern farmhouse and minimalist design. This location is ideal for visitors to the nation's capital, the NSA, Andrews Air Force Base, and a short driving distance to three major airports in the area.
