Jackson River Estate features 3 dwellings on 900 ft of River frontage in the beautiful Virginia mountains. This listing is for the main house which is over 5000 sq feet with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and it will sleep 15 guests comfortably. It features a theater room with a 75 inch TV, a card room equipped with poker table and wet bar, a billiards room with full size pool table. The bottom floor has a cozy den with gas fireplace, an arcarde game featuring 300 games, a piano, and a second kitchen with bar seating. The bottom floor also gives you direct access to the outdoor bar, lounge, and an amazing pool with a water slide that overlooks the river. There are also 2 outdoor balconies on the middle floor giving you even more covered outdoor entertaining space. The pool will be open from May through September. There is a detached 2 car garage with a 1 Bedroom apartment on the property. When it is rented out the guests will have a parking spot on the shared driveway space. The guests at the apartment will have access to the porch swing in front of the apartment that overlooks the river. If you are interested in adding the garage apartment to your reservation inquire with us for details and availability. If you do venture outside you will not be disappointed. The property just off of the Jackson River Scenic trail which is known for bike riding and leisure walks. During the summer adults and kids alike will be seen kayaking or floating by in their river tubes. It is well known for the floating experiences offered here. Floats range anywhere from 45 minutes, 2 hours, or an all day 8 hour float down the Jackson River.
