Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

With outside porches on two levels, you won't miss the gorgeous sunset! We loved this house so much after staying here -we bought it! :-)

You'll only hear the birds chirping and wind blowing through the meadow as you retreat to this private, completely off grid tiny house. You won't miss all the luxuries of home though - there's a small fridge, two burner stove, running water, hot shower, lights, indoor toilet, and the comfiest queen bed.
