Lake Oconee awaits your next family adventure. Our peaceful retreat has direct access from our dock to the lake and all it has to offer including boating, swimming, fishing or kayaking in our tranquil cove. Our home is a spacious two-level oasis for your family gathering. There are two levels of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two full kitchens, pool table, a front breezeway with seating, and an expansive deck with dining options and gorgeous lake views. Pets limited to dogs only.

Escape from your busy life for an incredible peaceful get-away. This luxury waterfront suite is the perfect place to relax, recharge and reconnect. Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

Cook whatever you catch in the lake on the grill or smoker right outside your gorgeous lake view screened in porch (w tv!)

Lakefront Upper Level Villa in Cuscowilla (D-Unit)

Villa Positano - Unit D is a waterfront one bed, one bath lodge villa inside of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. Big Water views abound from this upstairs unit in the private resort setting. It has a huge upper level outdoor terrace for dining, lounging and enjoying the view. This unit lives like a small apartment with open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The bedroom has a king bed, TV, French Doors to another balcony and an ensuite bathroom. 2 night minimum.

The Lake House is a completely remodeled modern home on a point lot with unobstructed views of stunning, unspoiled Lake Oconee.
