Come escape to our completely remodeled cottage by our pond! DIRECT ACCESS TO OUR NATION'S LARGEST NETWORK OF PAVED TRAILS! Bike available to borrow. Boat available for a moonlit cruise. Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Within 15 minutes of Yellow Springs and Cedarville and thirty minutes of Dayton, Wilmington and Springfield.

Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

The apartment features a small kitchenette and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people.

You will find freshly washed and ironed sheets on a wonderful new mattress to provide you with a wonderful night's rest. Your pet cat or dog are important guests also. Be sure to register them. We will work hard to make them feel special and they shouldn't be forgotten.
