Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Within 15 minutes of Yellow Springs and Cedarville and thirty minutes of Dayton, Wilmington and Springfield.

The studio has easy access to Cedarville, Springfield, London and the Ohio Erie bike path. Needing a place to lay your head or unwind from the busyness of life? We welcome you to the sights, sounds, smells, and rhythms of rural country living where you can enjoy the night sky, and peaceful songbirds. Pets are welcome with an enclosed backyard.

Gas fireplace, TV w/Netflix, and fast wifi included. Free off-street parking for 2-3 cars, one covered. Full kitchen and private laundry. Pet crate available but must have pet leashed outdoors. Shared outdoor fire pit and gazebo available for extended stays.

Sunnydale Chalet and Gardens

A spacious private garden level apartment attached to our home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a peaceful creek, windchimes, flowers, large back yard, and many amenities nearby. You will find freshly washed and ironed sheets on a wonderful new mattress to provide you with a wonderful night's rest. Your pet cat or dog are important guests also. Be sure to register them. We will work hard to make them feel special and they shouldn't be forgotten.
