Looking for a quiet, cozy, private getaway nestled in the Smoky Mountains w/ breathtaking views & no neighbors? You've found it! Rustic farmhouse on 40 acres w/ private, covered deck. Apartment has private, keyed, outside entrance, 55" tv w/ several streaming services, double recliner, bathroom, jacuzzi/shower, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, dining table & chairs, & kitchenette (fridge, microwave, hot plate, coffee pot). Huge fenced-in yard gives lots of room for your pet to run around.

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. We take great care to foresee any need you may have while staying with us.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located 20-30 minutes from Tusculum College and Greeneville and 45-50 minutes from Johnson City. A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023. We want the place to be a testimony to who she was—loving God and people and always friendly and hospitable!

Belton Retreat is far more than a home to rent, this get-away is an experience you’ll want to enjoy again!
