The River House is a boutique tiny home on the river front of the Saluda with breathtaking views - just 5 minutes from Downtown Greenville! This is a perfect place to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate. Great for a romantic couples getaway, family vacation, or friends getting together to have fun. So cozy and picturesque. You will never want to leave! Located on-site at Saluda Outdoor Center with river tubing tours, 13 Stripes Brewery/Restaurant, live music, fishing and more (within season).

Our Tiny Treasure

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
