Very cozy condo with lots of natural light located in the heart of the city. You will find that having a car won’t be needed and everything is walkable. The condo does come with WiFi, a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic bed with a 55” 4K smart Tv in the bed room and living room. Like coffee? Well we have a keurig and as well located next door to Star-bucks. The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest. Paid Parking is $7 a day, Daily Rate (1st hr):FREE Daily Rate (2nd hr): $2.00 max is $7.

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
