Helt hus tæt på strand og S-tog

Lej vores lille hyggelige hus på 110kvm med have og lille ældre solrig sydvestvendt terrasse. To soveværelser, et meget stort (vi kalder det for "suiten" :) ) + et mindre, mulighed for ekstra opredning. Stort badeværelse fra 2023 med to brusere og håndvaske. Clever el-lader. Huset ligger 5 min gåafstand fra strand, 3 min gåafstand fra Karlslunde St - S-tog til København (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Pga. allergi er kæledyr desværre ikke velkomne. Pga. sikkerhed er huset ikke egnet for mindre børn.

Landlig idyl tæt på København

Fantastisk artikettegnet hus på landet omgivet af køer og heste 30 km syd for København. Kæmpe betonterrasse på 100m2, nyt køkken med alt slags køkkenudstyr, espressomaskine, badeværelse med badekar og brusekabine, 3 børneværelser (to med dobbeltsenge og et med én seng), stor sofa i stue. Soveværelset hænger sammen med badeværelset, så der er gennemgang fra alrummet, når man skal benytte toilettet. Fuld af personlighed og personlige sager. Omgivet af natur. Tæt på Rema1000 (supermarked).

Stort familiehus

Huset ligger tæt strand, havn og stort indkøbscenter. Centret indeholder 65 butikker, med både en stor Bilka, flere restauranter, en stor biograf. 25 minutter til Roskilde, hvor der bl.a. kan opleves Roskilde Domkirke og det populære Vikingeskibsmuseet. Tog/motorvej Københavns centrum er kun 24 minutter væk. Tæt på huset er lækker sø og skønt grønt område, legeområder, fodboldbaner for enden af vejen mm. Dejlig børnevenlig have med fodboldmål, legehus, trampolin, sandkasse. 2 terrasser.

Modern terracedhouse close to ocean and Copenhagen

The house has a open dining/living room with a 65’ TV. Direct access to the garden. A kids room with a (adult size) bunk bed, a bedroom with a crib and a bedroom with a master-bed. A nice bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with all you need. The garden is with a closed hedge. It has a lounge area and dining area where the grill is also located. The garden has a lot of colourful flowers, a nice lawn and trees which are lit up at night. Outside our house there is a playground for children.

New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

Welcome to our home! Here you have the chance to stay in a private house with a wonderful garden only 25 minutes drive from Copenhagen and 2 km from the beach. There are 3 bedrooms in the house and the posibility of at double air mattress in the office. You have the luxary of 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The house is modern, spacious and homey. The location is the perfect base for your Sealand adventure or just a nice quiet getaway. We look forward to hosting you!

Laksehytten - The Salmon House

Et arkitekttegnet hus midt i den meget rolige Karlslunde landsby. Ligger på lukket vej kun 100m fra byens gadekær, samt 150m fra indkøb. Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

Cozy house close to train and not far from Cph

Cozy house in Mosede Strand on 108 square meters. Close to Karlslunde st. And not far from Copenhagen. Close to cozy Mosede Harbour, 800 meters to the beach and shopping opportunities within walking distance. There are three rooms, two with a double bed and a children's room with a junior bed. There is a bath, a large kitchen-dining room and a cozy conservatory with a long table. On the terrace there is a gas grill, garden table and sunbed.
