Nestled in 11 forested acres of the Pine River Valley, we are just 1 hour north of Pearson & 45 minutes from Collingwood or Wasaga. Hike the trails, enjoy the hot tub and leave the busy world behind. Close to Lake Simcoe & walking trails. This is a room in our home with a shared bathroom if second bedroom is rented. Bathroom & kitchenette aren't shared with us. Our home/neighborhood is quiet & perfect for studying, rest & relaxation. In the summer enjoy the backyard deck and our BIG tree.

This basement unit has 1 bedroom, 1 private bath, living room with bar kitchen (not for cooking). This is not a luxury one, but a cozy "cave" for relaxation, meditation, etc. or simply a quiet and convenient place for travellers, workers, students to stay and enjoy breakfast from 7:45 am to 10:00 am (no special diets). This place is just a few minutes walk from the city center, with full amenities, laundry service, etc. We cordially invite you to our place, hope you will have a great stay.

West Room w Queen Bed: Eddie Sargent House

This is one of Owen Sound's finest homes. Built by a general merchant in 1887, it retains its light and historic charm, but has been extensively updated for modern day comfort. This large bedroom has large west-facing windows with a black-out blind and a queen-sized bed with the option of a single mattress on the floor (beds can accommodate three adults, or one adult and two children or two adults and one child). The room is stocked with toys and books suitable for 3 to 12-year-olds.

This is the Filipino Room, it features a Queen bed and is complete with en-suite with a jetted bathtub. Our picturesque custom built Log Home is located at the top and next door to the Mansfield Ski Club - we are offering two rooms each with Continental Breakfast. Local activities include; biking, hiking, golfing, breweries & more ! 30 minutes to Barrie and Wasaga Beach. 45 minutes to Collingwood / Blue Mountain. 1.5 hours north of Toronto.
