Álftanes is renowned for being home to the president's residence and offers a fantastic opportunity to witness the enchanting northern lights during the winter season. It's an ideal destination for those keen on experiencing Icelandic culture and natural wonders.

Stay in the peaceful and charming Alftanes (Gardabaer), which we call "The countryside within the city". It is a family friendly neighborhood, we are located right between downtown Reykjavik (15 min. drive) & The Blue Lagoon (20-25 min. drive). & Kef intl. airport 30-35 mín drive. If this area is good enough for The President of Iceland to live, it probably is for you too! This is a quiet family area, and the ocean is right behind our property with beautiful views over Reykjavík.

✨ A cozy studio for couples, friends, or small families ✨ This open-plan studio features two single beds (together or apart), a futon/sofa bed, a private bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The living area has a dining table and TV with Netflix, Disney+ & Prime Video. With a private entrance, free WiFi, and parking, it’s most comfortable for 2–3 guests, but can also suit 2 adults with 2 young children.

Gamla Húsið - The Old Farm-House

Gamla húsið is in Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga horse-farm, located in the south of Iceland, 35km -from Reykjavík in Ölfus and 3min. drive off Route 1. Perfect as either the starting point for an exploration of southern Iceland or as a base since it is close to the Golden Circle and a few hours drive to the glaciers and black sands of the south. Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga is a horse farm, on the banks of the salmon-rich Ölfusá river surrounded by beautiful landscape.

Studio apartment 10 min to the KEF airport

Studio apartment with private entrance is located in really beautiful and peaceful Keflavik area. The studio has a view on the ocean and is located close to the international airport in Keflavik, Blue Lagoon and still only 35 minutes driving to Reykjavik. The studio has a kitchen and private bathroom and free parking

The Little House

The house is 25 square meters. standing absolutely alone on a one hectares plot of land. Small football field, trampoline and balcony. No one will disturb you, unless maybe sounds from the birds all around or the horses on next plot. The house is cozy and warm. Keep in mind that the main bed is 120cm wide.

Nice Cabin 45 min from Reykjavik - Golden Circle.

Beautiful cabin in the South of Iceland. If you want to relax and enjoy the nature this is excellent choice. The Cabin is located at Litli Háls farm only 45 minutes from Reykjavik and 15 minutes from Selfoss. The scenery is so beautiful around the cabin, walking paths in the area and all around.
