Our clean‑up crew is available on Thursdays, and the service is offered at $30 per hour. If you’d like to schedule a cleaning, just send a message and we’ll be happy to arrange it. If you prefer not to use the housekeeping service, no problem — your stay will simply include the standard cleaning fee.

The stairs into the lofts are steep. Someone with walking or climbing issues might have trouble. (The hosts are both 76 and have no trouble.)

It is walking distance to Grinnell College, Central Park and most of the amenties offered by our City. A private parking space is provided for guests.
