Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses auf 1700m.ü.m. und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht ins Sertigtal. Direkt neben dem Haus verläuft eine Langlaufloipe. Das Jakobshorn/Zentrum erreichen Sie bequem mit dem Bus vor dem Haus in etwa 15 Minuten.Nur 5 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt liegt das Sertigdörfli, der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Skitouren in einer beeindruckenden Berglandschaft. Wir sind ein familiärer Betrieb mit einem kleinen Hofladen.

Situata in una posizione tranquilla vicino al paesino di Cavagnago (1020 m s.l.m.), questa tipica cascina della valle Leventina offre una vista mozzafiato sulle maestose montagne che la circondano. La cascina, luogo ideale per trascorrere un rilassante soggiorno immersi nella quiete della natura alpina, è un'ottima base per praticare bouldering a Chironico, a Cresciano e scalata a Sobrio, oltre che un perfetto punto di partenza per stupende escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta e sport invernali.

Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Sommer können zahlreiche Wanderungen und Biketouren ab der Ferienwohnung unternommen werden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.

Ideal für Familien und Sportbegeisterte, im Winter Skitouren, Schlittenfahrt mit Huskys und Skifahren im nahe gelegenen Skigebiet Stoos. Langlauf- und Schneeschuh Loipe gleich beim Haus. Im Sommer ein Wanderparadies.
