"Saas, wo d' Sunna länger schient" Gelegen an einem Sonnenhang , mitten im Prättigau. Idyllische, ruhige Walser Siedlung. Von Landquart in zwanzig Minuten bis Saas. Zwanzig Minuten nach Davos. Dazwischen liegt Klosters mit zwei Skigebieten, Gotschna mit Verbindung nach Parsenn. Madrisa am Sonnenhang mit Schlittelbahn nach Saas, fast vor die Haustüre. Obligatorisch ab 12 Jahre: Kurtaxe /Gästekarte Klosters-Davos 5.40 p.P/Tag (vor Ort zu bezahlen) berechtigt zu verschiedenen Vergünstigungen.

Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Dorfkern von Flims, umgeben von einem grossen, naturnahen Garten mit Feuerstelle. Das Studio besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einer kleinen Küche, einem geräumigen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie einem Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Haus, dementsprechend ist die Küche und das Bad nicht top modern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pumptrack, Bergbahnen, Restaurants und ÖV sind in 5 min erreichbar. Perfekt für kleine Familien, Paare oder Freunde!

Meine Unterkunft bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten für Wanderer, Boulderer, Biker, Familien oder Leute, die Entspannung und Wellness suchen. In 2 Gehminuten ist man im Dorfkern und somit beim öffentlichem Verkehr. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. Meine Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit 2 Kindern.

Cross country ski season has started!

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

The Green Room - close to the ski lifts

Cozy and bright studio apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in Engadin. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Malix gehört zur Gemeinde Churwalden. Die Region ist als Ski, Fahrrad, Wander-Region sehr bekannt. Auch sonst bietet die Region alles erdenkliche an Sport und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Hauptstadt von Graubünden ist Chur, diese Stadt hat auch kulturell sehr viel zu bieten.

Hüttenfeeling mit Spielparadies für Kinder

Diese rustikale Maiensässhütte liegt auf ca. 1595 m Höhe auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Tujetsch/Sedrun oberhalb des Dorfes Rueras und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge. Sie befindet sich direkt am Wanderweg "senda sursilvana".
