Il piccolo appartamentino si trova a Coglio a pochi km da Maggia. La zona offre angolini paradisiaci, bellissime passeggiate nella natura e fiume maggia distante ca. 3 minuti a piedi. Comodo passaggio alla pista ciclabile e a pochi metri dalla fermata del bus per Locarno. Si trova inoltre di fronte al ristorante Eco hotel cristallina dove è possibile prenotare per la colazione o un buon pasto con specialità a km 0. Ottimo per un soggiorno romantico o con amici ma anche con tutta la famiglia.

Zusätzlich stehen auf Anfrage, Gemeinschaftsräume für Ski, Schuhe, Fahrräder sowie Waschmaschine/Trockner und ein eigener Tiefgaragenplatz zur Verfügung.

Unsere gemütliche und private Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Dorfrand und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

È un paradiso per gli amanti della natura e della montagna, con numerose opportunità per escursioni, arrampicate, mountain bike e sci.

Ob im Sommer für einen erlebnisreichen Wanderausflug, um die Berge zu geniessen oder im Winter für einen Schneeplausch, ist das Ferienhäuschen die perfekte Wahl. Die ruhige Unterkunft liegt neben dem Haupthaus. Durch einen eigenen Eingang gelangt man zunächst in den Vorraum, in den Wohn-/Schlafbereich, die Küche und das Badezimmer. Das Bergdorf ist gut an den ÖV angeschlossen und bietet kulinarisch ein einladendes Barlokal im Dorfkern und mehrere gute Restaurants.

From the house you have a fantastic view towards Locarno/Ascona over Lake Maggiore. The house, newly renovated and in a quiet location, has a large garden on several levels, a pergola and various seating areas. A wonderful pool is available for shared use with the host family. Parking is available, but also easily accessible by public transport, next bus stop 10min walk. It is an excellent starting point for wonderful hikes and excursions into the Verzasca Valley.
