This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. BYy train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. You can park your car in the paid parking garage, we also have a free option, ask for more details. We only rent our house a month (usually in August) ech year.

Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Authentieke, comfortabele arbeiderswoning (1910) met heerlijke tuin. Een rustig plekje in een dorps stukje Utrecht en toch dichtbij winkels, stations en het centrum, met allerlei leuke koffie- en eettentjes ‘om de hoek’. Er zijn 3-4 slaapplekken: de 'master bedroom' (bed 140x200) en de slaapbank in de woonkamer (120x200), allemaal zonder ochtendzon. Verder kun je evt. je eigen kinderbedje in de kamer van één van mijn dochters neerzetten.

Ruime woning dichtbij het centrum en het bos

In deze centraal gelegen woning ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers. Een Wasmachine en droger zijn aanwezig. In de tuin kun je lekker ontspannen. Op loopafstand zijn twee winkelcentra met supermarkt en eetplekken. Met een bushalte voor de deur en metro op loopafstand ben je binnen 15 minuten bij de Amsterdam Arena en de bioscoop of in 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. Fiets- en autoverhuur mogelijk.

You can hire bikes at the station, or a five minute walk from the house. Ideal for experiencing Leiden like a local.
